This website presents Momenta — a service that allows the guests of an event to upload photos and videos by scanning a QR code, with all content delivered to the couple in a private gallery after the event (the "Service").

By using this website, you accept these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

The Service is not contracted online through this website. The website only allows you to submit a request to check availability for the date of your event, using the dedicated form. Following your request, we will contact you at the details you provided to let you know whether the date is available and, where applicable, the contracting details.

Submitting the form does not constitute an order and does not create a contract. Availability for a given date is not guaranteed; the number of events we can serve is limited.

No payments are processed on this website. No section of the website requests, or will request, your card details or any other payment data. Any financial terms are agreed exclusively through direct communication following your request.

The prices and features of the packages displayed on the website are for information purposes and may be updated. The offer applicable to your event is the one confirmed in our direct communication with you, following your availability request.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee the absence of any errors or omissions.

You agree to use the website lawfully and in good faith, to provide accurate information in the availability form, and not to take any action that could affect the operation of the website (unauthorised access, automated data extraction, transmission of harmful content).

The content of this website — the Momenta name, texts, graphic elements, structure and design — belongs to us and is protected by copyright law. Reproducing or using it without our written consent is prohibited.

The website is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website and we are not liable for damages resulting from temporary inability to access it. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability in cases where the law does not allow such a limitation.
